2010 Christmas Card

Since these things are so expensive and after sending 60 out and I am sure I left a bunch of people out...I thought I would send it blog style!
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!

My little poem incase you cant read it off the card:
The Philpot Clan
added one more that wasn't planned.
What would we do without Faith Drew
With her curious eye's she just watches us on this crazy ride.
She is a fighter but yet so danity
and is the angel of this family.
Oh how we love our Amazing Grace
When it comes to her brother everything is a race
Such a big girl this year
With dance class, school, and being a big sister!
Although she is growing before our eye's
She has yet to leave her raspy voice behind.
Then we have our Big Bro
Nothing makes this boy happier
than to fish, hike, or shoot some cans
I do have to say he is turning into his old man.
He has a big job with two goregous sisters
and keeping away all the little misters
Trying to juggle homework, school, and being an example
are some of the things he is trying to tackle!

December is oh so busy but so much FuN!

The Great Elf Hunt
12 days to Christmas Countdown
Gracie got a letter from Santa's Elves this year that she has been so good that she has earned herself a great elf hunt. So each morning she gets a clue on her stocking. Then she has to figure out the clue and go find the prize for that day. She has loved it so much and is pretty good with these clues. I thought Kelt might be a little old and we dont have him all the time but he says to me, Linds will you email Santa and ask him if I can have a hunt. LOL So even though I know he knows better I made him a hunt and took all the stuff over to his moms. He is so funny. So here is where we are at so far:
On the 6th day of Christmas my Elf Friends sent to me
6 Geese a mounted
5 Wedding Rings
4 Bird Houses
3 French Toasts
2 Snow Boots
and a prize in the tree....
Toast clue...so her prize was by the bread :)

Getting so BIG!

Happy St. Nicholas Day
We get St. Nicked every year from a special someone...they knock on the door and run and leave us a bunch of stuff for the kids and goodies. The kids look forward to it every year :)

Gracie playing with her gifts

This is what I get when I leave Faith home with daddy! LOL He used to do the same thing with Grace. I dont really get it...when she has drawers full of jammies and he acts like the only thing he can find is his socks :)
The kids caught wind from their cousins that if you put your boots out on the porch Santa's elfs will put a prize in them. HMMMM I found this at like 10 at night and was like ok prize anyone got any prizes handy...LOL
Christmas Cookies!!!
Faith with brothers Elf. Ok so another situation where she is left with dad and I come upstairs and find this :)

One more makes 3...first sibling photo shoot

I haven't got all my pictures yet that I had done of the kids a few weeks ago...but here are a few that she has posted. We are actually going to do another location because this one was so hard to get a good one of all three. They are still such cute kids though even without their best smiles on!

Been a little bit busy....

I haven't taken hardly any pics since Halloween. I have been busy doing some projects around the house. I tend to start 5 projects at a time so it is craziness. Here are some pics of my cute girls! I cant believe how big my baby is getting. It is going way too fast for me!
Faith obviously is not too fond of the hat :(
Matching Jammies! One of the things I was most excited about when I found out I was having another girl. G picked these monkey jams out for them. They are still a little big on Faith but so cute!
Daddy loves his girls!

Annual Philpot Family Halloween Bash

We never seem to disappoint with getting into the halloween spirit in this family. All the kids go all out and get so excited for the party and the costume contest. This year instead of doing a bunch of games we decided to go all out and do a big haunted house in our backyard. I didn't get any pictures of course because I was running the show, LOL. It was seriously so awesome. We setup huts with strobe lights, grave yard with head stones, fog machine, and spotlights, Jill laying on a table with Jer acting like he cut off her arm and Max chasing them with a chainsaw to end it. We had some of the girls run straight through crying...SO SAD! HEE HEE Some of the boys just thought it was funny when their dads would jump out behind a head stone ect. All of the adults got into character and played their role. I love it!

This years winners are:
Funniest Costume: Chloe ( a Turkey)
Scariest Costume: Kelton (Chucky) 2nd year in a row
Best Costume: Ashton (zombie) 2nd year in a row
Adult costume contest winner:
Mike as Bret Michaels
Of course I dont even have a picture because I was running around like a crazy person and I had these huge feet on that I kept tripping in, LOL. On top of all that my baby was not having her best night :( I am a troll incase you cant tell.

Sweet Grandpa saved the day and just rocked Faith through the whole party. I kept trying to come take over and he just pushed me out. It was so helpful and lil faithie loves her Grandpa!
Scary boys

HaLLoWeEN

The night started off a little rainy as I am sure it did for all of you! Yes I was a little embarrassed of my camoflauged hubby. He didn't care because he had his rain gear on and was not we at all. I was like um you look a little funny but oh well :) Here he is taking his little Alice trick or treating while we were waiting for brother to come back home. Grace was so much fun this year and had such a blast doing it. I didn't even waste time curling her hair or even doing it because I knew the rain would take out all the curls.

Faith even came out for a couple of houses and was content under dads umbrella. I didn't even put the flower hat on her...she is just too little it was to uncomfortable, hee hee.

Chucky is home and they are out hitting more houses!

Yes I will take credit for the hair and make-up. Looks pretty good I think. He was definitely scary!
So good with lil sis
