Thriller with our Girls

Love these girls...we had so much fun and Thriller was amazing as usual :) Then we were bad and went out to eat at Dee's afterwards which made us get home at midnight on a school night :) So fun!

Haunted Half Marathon

We completed our first half marathon!!!

Max finished in 1 hour 54 min and I finished in 2 hours 10 min.  I ran with my Bayshore peeps on my street :) Then I took an after pic of myself because I felt pretty dang good :) Next is a full marathon....here we come!

Visiting Grandpa Kevin's Grave....

They were a little confused as to where Granna Cindys grave was but I told them she is just at home with us and Aunt Maymee....we trade off keeping her close.  One of these days we will fulfill her wishes and spread her ashes but for now she stays with us.  :)  They also got to see their Great Grandpa Pete's grave next to Grandpa Kevin.  It was really special to have my girls there.

Summer Fun

All I can say about all these pictures is where did my little baby Faith go??? She grew up so much this last year.  Makes me so sad :( We had lots of fun this summer, we missed out on a couple little trips because we were training but all in all I think we should feel very blessed :)

First day of First Grade... and she loses her First tooth

I seriously cant believe my baby is in 1st grade.  She is gone all day long!!! ahhhhhh  My little best friend that has been connected to my hip since the day she was born had a little bit of a hard time being gone from me all day.  I had a hard time being away from her too :(  We are finally getting the hang of it though.  She is an awesome student and gets 100% on spelling, reads above average, and is just an awesome kid.  So proud of her.

Kelton does Stansbury Kids Triathlon

Mom & Dad take up Triathlons - Stansbury Tri Swim 450 yards, Bike 16 miles, Run 3 miles

This was our very first Triathlon...we decided to sign up the first week in July and it was on Aug 17.  So we had very little time to train to say the least :( We finished and that is what matters :) Max took first in his age group and 7th overall.  He is amazing.  I am so proud of him.  I on the other hand took 5th in my age group and 25th overall.  I struggled on the swimming so bad.  It was a family effort because the poor kids had to get babysat quite a bit why we trained daily for this and they aren't used to that.  :)  We had some friends and family there to cheer us on which was great.  This day was also Faith bday so she had to kind of share her day with us ;)
