Classic Skating

We went to Classic Skating for my two nephews birthdays, Carter and Lucas! It is a Philpot Family favorite and boy do we know how to party, LOL. With Max and Jerry stealing the kids tokens to play the arcades and Gracie and Kaitlyn going down the slides, again and again and again! Then Gracie loved to go out on the roller skating rink and dance for some reason she would only dance on the skating rink. She had a few close calls of getting ran over...I will post a video next of her pretty dancing! We had a lot of fun.

This was Kelton 30 minutes into the party...he plays so hard when he gets with his cousins!

Wendover Fun!

We got the chance to get away on Saturday night and hit the casino's! It was so nice to have some alone time with Max. It is funny because when we get to get away together without the kids it feels like when we were just first dating. I get all gitty, LOL. So anyways I made Max take a picture with me in our room and we had to do the timer and I thought our first one was funny because we are trying to run to our pose. We are dorks. We had so much fun though and went with one of Max's co-workers. Max and I both dont remember when the last time was that we laughed that hard. It was so much fun!

Not so great EASTER pictures :( NEVER A DULL MOMENT

Mama is telling Gracie to give her the cookie that is in her mouth!

Obviously mom wasn't planning on being in the pictures, not looking so hot at all.

Mom decides to smile since the camera is going off! Oh my heck these are cracking me up. We are such a mess, LOL.

So I take Gracie to get her pictures taken and yep another strike out. Just like the salt flats she cried and hated it. Mayci was with her and Mayci on the other hand smiled and pulled faces, we were cracking up. She was so cute! So I decided it is Gracie's age...that is all I can come up with. She just doesn't like it :( So I will post some of her pictures because they are kind of funny.

Scouts Blue & Gold Dinner, Disney on Ice and more!

Gracie LOVES LOVES LOVES her brother! He kind of likes her too.
Graice now has her own little reading corner where she can sit on her little couch with her stuffed animal friends and read all her books. Well turns out her favorite thing to do is when Daddy joins her on this tiny little couch for some before bed reading. They look so cute every night snuggled up together. Dad literally takes up the whole couch, LOL. Kelton at his Annual blue & gold dinner for scouts. This boy absolutely loves scouts. He did such an awesome job at their skit, singing a song, and getting a pin. We ate dinner and watched the boys do their thing. Sister didn't embarrass him too bad...well maybe a little when it was completely quiet expcept for his sis screaming in the hallway and everyone looking at us! Got to love having a lil sis!

Gracie Lynn and mama.
Disney on Ice was awesome. I am such a dork and hate to admit this but I seriously started crying when the show started because I was so over joyed at how happy and amazed Gracie was to see her disney friends in person. She couldn't believe they were really there. She kept waving at them telling them hi and bye when they would skate off. I was like oh my heck if I am crying at this I better pack me some tissues for Disneyland! Then my mom looked over and was like what are you crying for so I tell her, and yes, she starts crying too! Too much alike I tell you. So I am going to print the pictures of the characters and make her, her own little book to read about the first time she saw Minnie and the gang!

Gracie and her amazing Granna (Cindy). Gracie had so much fun and of course had to bring her Minnie to the show. The flounder hat came with the cotton candy and Gracie wouldn't take it off. She LOVED it. She better love it when it cost 10 dollars for cotton candy! I am kidding, kind of.

Gracie Lynn enjoying all her goodies!
Ariel was one of her favorites of course. Mom didn't figure out how to get good pictures until the finale. So this is the best one I got of Ariel and Eric.
Peter Pan!

Lovely Laprascopy

So I had a laprascopy surgery on Wednesday. The surgery itself went well. It was about 2 hours longer than the doctor anticipated because my endometriosis was so severe. The last few days have been horrible. I literally wasn't able to even walk until today. I hate not being able to cuddle Gracie and put her to bed or play with Kelton. Max has done an awesome job of taking care of me. The poor guy has to wait on me hand and foot and then do everything for the kids as well. Yesterday I was starting to think something was wrong because I wasn't feeling any better but worse. I mean Max has to completely carry me and put me in bed and help me get out of bed to go to the bathroom. I dont remember my last laprascopy being this bad at all. Heck my C-Section was a breeze compared to this. Maybe I am just being a wimp but it isn't fun. Luckily today I woke up and definitely felt better. I hate surgery...you forget how badly it takes you down. EEERRRGGHHH
As my doctor put it...after my oil change and lube I should be feeling better than before!

Gracie's Tea Party!

Gracie's 2nd Birthday party was so much fun. We had so many great friends over and all the girls looked so pretty. Gracie had a little tea party and to my surprise all the girls really did good and actually sat down and had their peanut butter and jelly heart sandwiches and muffins, along with their Tea (strawberry lemonade). Gracie thought it was so neat. She got so many great gifts and had lots of fun playing with her friends. Thank you to everyone who came...you made Gracie's Day!Beautiful Birthday Girl!

Gracie is just like her brother...for some reason when they are both this age they cry everytime they hear the birthday song! We seriously have no idea why, LOL.
