Treasure Island!

Thanks to my amazing husband for my mothers day gift! He knows how to treat his ladies, my mom and I, and got us the best seats in the house. Literally front row and the two center seats. So Amazing to watch the play that up close and personal. We went to Olive Garden first for some yummy dinner and met Brittany and my sis there. Then off I went with my date, my mom, to the play. It was so much fun and when I got home the house wasn't even that messy!!! Max did such an awesome job and the kids were both asleep.

This guy was my favorite character. He was hilarious. Long story short he was a pirate that was stranded on Treasure Island for years and years. He was so delirious and hilarious. So I was a cheese ball and asked for a pic!

Just the 3 of us!

Granna Cindy wanted to take Gracie for a sleepover so she could have some one on one time with her. Let me tell you it is a treat if I let Gracie go for a night...the whole night I am missing her so bad so I rarely let her go :) Anyways we decided to go golfing with just the three of us like old times. We had SO MUCH FUN! All of us were hitting pretty well. Even Kelton had a few good swings and hits. We let Kelton drive the golf cart...that was pretty funny and fun! LOL He is just getting early lessons for driving. Let me tell you we looked pretty funny because we all squished into one golf cart. At least we all love each other and love to cuddle because there was no way around it. I love my boys and had so much fun even though we missed our little princess so much.

This was our first golf outing for the year so Max had to give Kelt a refresher course. Kelton has been golfing for 3 years now.

My boys couldn't be more handsome!

All I can say is we are DORKS! LOL But I love it.

Graice's new HAIR DO!

So I was sent a link to an awesome website with ideas for little girls hair. I am absolutely in love with all the new ideas. Plus, I always fight Gracie on doing her hair and for some reason she has been a princess about it and loves to get her hair all done up these last few days. I thought I would post some pics of our cute do today!

Philpot Family's first trip out on the boat in Stansbury Lake!

Max and Kelton have went out a few times on the boat already but we had yet to get all 4 of us out there together for a family boat ride. Gracie was so good which was amazing and never happens on the boat! lol Since she was 4 months old she has went on the boat and this was the first successful trip. So Max decided to hand me the fishing pole so I could fish and then I realized I never fish because I am usually taking care of Gracie. So I was so excited and my first cast out I catch a big bass! I was so excited but scared at the sametime because Max was yelling at me to hold the fish while he took a picture and uh I didn't like sticking my fingers in his mouth...YUCK. So we fished some more and it was an absolutely beautiful night. We were about to head in and sure enough Kelton caught a fish! He did so awesome.

What a way to start off fishing Stansbury for 2009!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO MAX AND ME ON MONDAY THE 11TH! 4 YEARS OF MARRIAGE AND WE HAVE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. WE WATCHED OUR WEDDING VIDEO AND WERE CRACKING UP AT HOW YOUNG WE LOOKED JUST 4YEARS AGO! WE HAVE AGED SO MUCH IT IS CRAZY!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

We started off the morning with Gracie in bed saying "Good Mornin Mama." Then a big "WAKE UP MAMA, WAKE UP!" Then Max took Gracie outside so I could paint my toenails and take a shower by myself! I dont know about all of you but I haven't had one by myself in a year since last mothers day, lol. It was so nice! Then we headed off to my moms house and Max and my mom went to home depot so Max could help her buy a lawn mower and put it together for her. Thanks Babe!

Max was so thoughtful and got my mom and I FRONT ROW tickets to the Hale Centre Theater to see Treasure Island. I am so excited I cant even tell you. The thing is that the front row tickets are unheard of. The Hale Centre is an account of Max's and he does such an awesome job that the president gave him the tickets! So excited.

Then we had a little Mexican Fiesta at Peggy's house for Mothers Day. We brought enchiladas, Jill made her amazing bean dip, and Susan brought a ton of great fruit! We decided to bring Peggy dinner for Mothers day and it was nice to get together. Max played with the kids. Katie Lou had a little owie mishap with one of the folding chairs and smushed her little finger but recovered with no trips to the ER! Max then threw away any chairs that folded up, lol. Here are a few pictures from the night...I didn't take that many of everyone so sorry!

Max's 28th Surprise Birthday Party!

So I have been so bad at doing posts lately. There have been so many things that we have been doing that I would post about in the past but I just cant find the time these days. So oh well!

I decided at last minute to throw my amazing hubby a surprise party on his Birthday on Friday. He says he was completely surprised but from his comments on Friday I could've sworn he knew. Anyways, we had such a good turn out and especially on such short notice. He has such awesome friends and we appreciate you guys so much! Thanks for making the party fun.
