Baby Faith!

Faith Drew Philpot
Yes Max did win the name battle. He had said from the day after we found out we were pregnant that he could see a little blonde hair, blue eyed Faith running around. I always liked the name but wanted to look at other names to be sure. It finally hit me that this is what she is supposed to be called.
Sitting here thinking wow I cant believe I am pregnant and still wanting to pinch myself. After 7 years of not getting pregnant and after we had Grace with surgery, I told myself that I would never be greedy and be so thankful for the one healthy child of my own and my blessing of being a stepmom to Kelton and being able to raise him. After having the same surgery that got me pregnant with Gracie...we still weren't able to concieve. Of course I still had faith that I would have one more little miracle of my own. My faith in that never waviered and our prayers were answered.
So she will be our little proof of Faith...
Faith is the belief in something more than what you know...

Happy Birthday to my HuBBy!

The kids and I surprised daddy with a day full of hiking and being outdoors. It is his favorite thing to do and we managed to accomplish it even with a 3 year old and 6 month pregnant lady :) We had a great day and we think he did too!

The water was freezing!

Daddy hiked the whole time with the little princess on his back. I figured he was carrying one of the babies and I had one. It was fair! LOL

One of like ten pictures Max took of me without me knowing. ERRRGGHHH No one wants to see the fat pregnant lady trying to hike! LOL

Baby Bump Watch

Black and White always looks better right? LOL We have been so bad this pregnancy and haven't been taking the monthly pictures like we did with Grace. The last one I did was at 11 weeks. So here I am 15 more pounds later, 25 pounds total :) Gotta love it. I think at this point I am just going to try and beat the 65 pounds I gained with Grace! Heck why not...

Kelton's Hunting Lodge & Babies room

We still need to hang some pictures but it is pretty much done. Kelton loves it and that is what matters most. He wasn't very fond of the race car bedroom I had for him before :) This is much more Kelton!

All Kelts stuff...This boy collects more stuff in the moutains then I could shake a stick at. He is all boy and definitely his fathers son. He loves his little display shelf for all his treasures.

Babies room...We are using all Grace's stuff so it is nice to just have it to use. We painted one wall but there is still lots to do!

Camera is broken AGAIN!

So I never do posts if I dont have pictures to go with it. It just isn't as fun...LOL. So our camera stopped working on Easter weekend. This isn't an old camera either...it is just that I bring it everywhere with me so I tend to go through them fast.

So a little update on the Philpots without pictures :(

Kelton: Kelton is doing awesome. He is getting excited for school to be done here in about 6 weeks. He has baseball most nights of the week and then with homework he is usually pretty busy. His new room is completely finished. It turned out so good and all the decorations look great. The boys and I compromised the hunting room for old antique hunting room :) Anyways, I will post a pic once I can take one because it is so cute. Kelt has slept downstairs for 3 nights now and the last one he went it all alone!!!

Grace: Gracie is just cracking us up everyday. She is such a character and says the funniest things. She loves to be outside and she NEVER likes to have clothes on. So we are working on that one :) She is such a girly girl and so excited for the baby. She is getting ready for her dance recital in a month.

Baby Philpot: Baby Philpot still doesn't have a name. hee hee We have a few in the running we just haven't completely decided yet. She is doing great though and at her ultra sound a few weeks ago she looked perfect and healthy in every way. We painted her room and put up her crib so now Grace loves to put her baby dolls in there to pretend like it is baby sis. It is fun to get out all Gracie's nursery stuff to put in the room. It means alot more knowing that Grace used it.

Max & Linds: Nothing too exciting about us. The kids are far more exciting. We are just getting way excited to have another little one to crack us up and entertain us everyday. We cant wait to see what she looks like. Loving being out in the yard the last few days.

Make room for 1 more!

So we have been way busy with finishing off half of our basement to make room for our new little addition. Let me tell you it has been sooooooooo much work...well for Max! hee hee We only have 3 bedrooms upstairs and so literally 2 days after finding out we were pregnant, Max started working on this basement. He had to first build a ton of shelves to move all the storage I have down there and then get it all moved. It has been non stop with the electrical, plumbing, framing, heating vents, sheet rock....WHEW~ So we are getting so close and finally painting!
If any of you know my hubby he cant have an unfinished project...I gave him a deadline of 7 months pregnant to be finished so I could start working on the babes room. Here we are at 4 months pregnant and he is almost finished. He is a little crazy!!! But I love him for it.
So Kelt is going to be the big bro that gets his own new "HUNTING ROOM" downstairs and bathroom all to himself. I think it will take some getting used to being down away from all of us upstairs but like Max keeps telling him that Max will take the basement room and Kelt can bunk with me, LOL. That keeps Kelt pretty set on the basement bedroom. Sharing a room with his stepmom is not the coolest thing to do, hee hee.

Gracie started crying and was scared of Max when he was finished spraying, lol.

Kelts new Big Brother room...to get him away from the girls
Bathroom...doesn't look like much but after everything it has taken to get to this point, I was so excited!

Hallway

Ride Em Cowgirl...and some other happenings!

Gracie getting her nightly horsy ride from daddy! This girl NEVER has clothes on her only occasional accesory is her cowgirl boots!G and her favorite Aunt Maymee...her special Amy as she says. Aunt Maymee spoiled G of course and bought the little stinker anything she asked for. Even the $10 cotton candy, $25 princess light up wand, and the $15 snow cone in a tinkerbell cup.

Granna also spoiled G and bought the tickets for us all to go and even got us front row tickets. Our next little princess is going to love having Granna and Aunt Maymee!
